COMPUTEX 2026 has wrapped, with AUO Display Plus making its debut at this global event. At the ePaper Pavilion, organized by E Ink and its ecosystem partners, we showcased our full ePaper portfolio under the theme “Expand Beyond Sustainability,” spanning display technologies, end products, and hardware-software integration.

The showcase covered our full ePaper lineup across multiple sizes and AecoRetail solution series— AecoTag electronic shelf labels (ESL), AecoPost signage, flexible color ePaper displays, and our content management system (CMS) — with applications spanning retail, enterprise, transportation, and logistics. The integrated hardware-software solutions drew strong interest from industry partners and potential clients worldwide, sparking plenty of on-the-spot conversations and opening doors for new collaborations.

AecoPost Color ePaper Gets an Upgrade: More Sizes, Wider Reach

AecoPost AecoPost spans a wide range of sizes built for retail, transportation, and enterprise environments. Beyond our existing 31.5-inch model, we also showcased the 20.2-inch and 13.3-inch AecoPost, both of which received positive feedback for the flexibility they bring to deployment. Every AecoPost display is plug-free, ultra-low-power, and lightweight, so it can be installed and positioned to fit virtually any space. Paired with our content management platform, users can update content remotely and manage displays centrally, cutting both operational effort and energy costs.

AecoPost is also enabled by E Ink Spectra™ 6 technology, further enhanced by our proprietary AecoColor+ algorithm. At our booth, a side-by-side comparison with conventional color ePaper made the difference clear: AecoColor+ reflects ambient light in bright settings to sharpen contrast, enhance color performance, and deliver a viewing experience that feels remarkably close to paper — ideal for retail, public spaces, and commercial displays.

The 13.3-inch AecoPost received the COMPUTEX 2026 Best Choice Sustainable Technology Special Award, recognizing its circular economy design and full implementation of the 3R principles—Recycle, Reduce, and Reuse. It is a strong signal of where ePaper is headed: low-power, sustainable, and built to last.

AecoTag ESL: Smarter Replenishment, Faster Restocking

AecoTag integrates electronic shelf labels with a management system that keeps pricing and product information updated in real time across retail and other operational settings. Centralized management means less manual label-swapping and a more efficient labeling process overall.

We also introduced a new feature built to speed up restocking—seamless inventory sync: scan a product barcode with a PDA, and staff can instantly see where that item belongs, while the matching ESL flashes its LED to guide them straight there — a small feature with a big impact on how quickly teams can locate and shelve products.

Next-Gen Flexible Color ePaper: Beyond Flat Surfaces

Our flexible color ePaper breaks away from the constraints of rigid displays — thin, lightweight, bendable, and shatterproof. Visitors were especially drawn to how it can wrap around curved architecture, like pillars and arched walls, opening up new possibilities for design-driven, space-efficient installations.

Retail, Enterprise, Transportation, Logistics — Every Scenario, One Lineup

Our scenario-based showcase brought ePaper signage and ESL applications together to demonstrate how they work in real-world settings, from enterprise spaces to logistics and transportation hubs. Combining multiple display sizes with our content management system, the showcase made it easy to see exactly how the full solution comes together on the ground.

Partnering with E Ink

Our collaboration with E Ink took center stage through several speaking engagements on-site. PH Lin, Associate Vice President of our Smart Retail Solution Integration BU, joined a panel at the 2026 International ePaper Innovation Forum, discussing “From ESL to Retail Media Network.” Senior Manager Jay Chang also drew a packed crowd at the E Ink booth for his talk, “Smart Retail, Sustainably Upgraded — AecoRetail Solution,” sharing how we’re pushing ePaper solutions forward.
