Ms. Tina Wu currently serves as the President of AUO Display Plus Corporation, bringing extensive experience in sales and supply chain management.

She leads AUO Display Plus with a comprehensive strategic blueprint, dedicated to expanding the business landscape across diverse verticals, including healthcare, retail, and education & enterprise. Under her leadership, AUO Display Plus collaborates with ecosystem partners to create value together, driving AUO Display Plus to achieve the vision of "Becoming the leading smart display solution provider in diverse vertical markets with display technology at its core," and serving as the growth engine for AUO Group’s biaxial transformation in "Go Vertical".

Ms. Wu joined AUO, the parent company of AUO Display Plus, in 2000 and has been dedicated to the display industry for over 25 years, accumulating extensive industry experience and professional achievements. From 2018 to 2025, she led AUO's Supply Chain Management, successfully addressing multiple challenges posed by the US-China trade war, the COVID-19 pandemic, and more, demonstrating outstanding supply chain resilience and leadership.

She spearheaded the optimization of the smart supply chain, and driving a sustainable supply chain transformation under the ESG trends. This laid the foundation for Supply Chain Management to align with AUO’s three pillars for sustainable development: Display, Mobility Solution, and Vertical Solution. Ms. Wu was responsible for AUO's sales division, expanding global TV, IT and PID panel businesses, and establishing AUO's leading position in the global market. She also served as the representative of AUO's Japan branch, managing local customer relations, building a solid collaboration foundation, and enhancing AUO's competitive advantage in the Japanese market.

Ms. Wu holds Master’s degree in Industrial Management from Waseda University in Japan.

Mr. SH Liao currently serves as General Manager of the Solutions Business Group at AUO Display Plus, overseeing the smart retail, smart healthcare, and smart education & enterprise business units.

Following the establishment of AUO Display Plus in 2021, Mr. Liao has led various business and operational units, leveraging his extensive management experience across product development, operations, and vertical market development. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) and General Manager of the Smart Healthcare Business Group in 2023, and expanded his leadership scope to include the Smart Retail Business Group in 2025. Since assuming the role of General Manager of the Solutions Business Group in March 2026, he has led the integration of display devices, solutions, and cross-functional resources. With a customer-centric approach, he continues to drive the growth of AUO Display Plus's smart display solutions business.

Mr. Liao joined AUO in 1998 and brings extensive experience spanning R&D, manufacturing, operations and business management. He has served as R&D manager, Director of the L8A fab, and Associate Vice President of the Manufacturing Center for Video Solutions. In 2012, he was appointed General Manager of AUO Crystal Corp., and was promoted to Chairman in 2018. Returning to AUO that same year, he assumed the role of Vice President of Energy Business, and in 2020 was appointed Vice President of Commercial and Industry Application Strategy Business.

Mr. Liao holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University.

Dr. CC Lee currently serves as Vice President of Vertical Solutions Product Development at AUO Display Plus. He leads the R&D teams in driving technology innovation and product development, continuously strengthening the company's technology leadership. He also oversees the business development team, developing new business models and fostering strategic partnerships to expand opportunities across vertical markets.

Prior to joining AUO Display Plus, Dr. Lee held several leadership roles at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) during his more than 25 years with the organization, including Deputy Director of the Display Technology Center, Deputy General Director of the Electronic and Optoelectronic System Research Laboratories, and Deputy Director of the Office of Intelligent and Green Vehicle Promotion Strategy.

Dr. Lee specializes in advanced display technology research and development and has been an active contributor to the industry. His achievements have been recognized with numerous prestigious awards, including the Special Recognition Award from the Society for Information Display (SID), the Outstanding Engineering Professor Award from the Chinese Institute of Engineers, the Industry Contribution Award from SEMI, the National Management Excellence Award from the Chinese Professional Management Association, and the National Industrial Innovation Award – Innovation Elite Award from Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs.

Dr. Lee holds a Ph.D. in Material Science and Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.
